About The Author
Steve Condurelis is a Real Estate broker of 40+ years. He has worked in tiny firms of three all the way up to one of the largest national franchise companies in the world. He trained under some of the very best minds in real estate and mentored many agents, some of whom became massively successful and some that decided the industry was just not for them. He has survived, (and thrived) through five separate real estate recessions, interest rates from 16% to 2%, toddlers that threw up in the rear seat of his car, and sellers’ melt downs on Saturday nights at 1 a.m.
Steve has an undergrad degree in marketing and economics, performed as a managing broker and presently is a co-owner in several real estate brokerages in the Nashville, Tennessee market. His sales volume is in the many millions. He has developed raw land, bought and sold many flips, managed rental properties, and loves everything that has to do with residential real estate.
He is most proud of the rock-solid relationships that are the result of representing clients on the purchase and sale of their investment properties as well as their primary and vacation homes. To date, none of his clients have ever lost money on the sale of their properties.
He has been married to Gaye Givan Condurelis for 30+ years. Together they have an adult daughter (Holly), and a sweet old cat named LuLu.
His present goals are to mentor Rookie agents on a limited basis, travel, garden, and fish. He intends to continue to buy and sell real estate investment quality properties for his clients and his family.
